SHIPPING POLICY
At MoVa, we take great care not only in crafting our garments but also in ensuring they arrive safely and efficiently. Below you'll find key information about how we ship your orders.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to all EU and Schengen countries, as well as the United Kingdom.
If you're located outside these regions, we hope to expand our shipping zones in the near future. For specific inquiries, feel free to contact us at info@mova-designs.com.

Place of Dispatch
All orders are processed in Germany and shipped from our fulfillment partner in the Czech Republic.

Shipping Costs
Free shipping is offered on all orders over 200 EUR.
For orders under 200 EUR, a flat shipping rate will apply, calculated at checkout based on your country.
Shipping costs are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Delivery Times
Most deliveries arrive within 3–9 business days after dispatch.
Please allow for slightly longer delivery times during peak periods, international shipments, or due to courier-related delays.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

Order Processing
We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days of confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping Partners
We primarily ship with UPS to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
Depending on destination and service availability, we may use alternative trusted carriers to provide the best possible delivery experience.

Duties & Taxes
Orders within the European Union are delivered without additional duties or import taxes.
Orders to countries outside the EU (including the United Kingdom) may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Risk & Delivery Responsibility
MoVa remains responsible for your order until it has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping details are complete and accurate at the time of purchase.
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information, or if it is not collected in time, it may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.

Problems With Delivery
If your order arrives late, damaged, or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@mova-designs.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
