Refund policy
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- in the same condition that you received it
- unworn and unused
- with all original tags attached
- in its original packaging
You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@mova-designs.com.
Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.
However, in certain cases—such as exchanges due to sizing or fit, or when multiple sizes are ordered to determine the best fit—we may, at our discretion, cover or contribute to the return shipping costs.
If your return is due to an error on our side (such as a defective or incorrect item), return shipping will always be covered by us.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- the item is defective or damaged
- you received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item.
Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.
European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing any reason.
The return conditions remain the same:
- item must be unworn, unused, with tags
- in original packaging
- proof of purchase required
This right exists independently of our voluntary 20-day return policy.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
- it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund
- if more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@mova-designs.com
